inspired by the collective and universal nature of intuition, I utilize the power of form, symbol, and color in conjunction with traditional meanings of tarot to support querents in unlocking the answers to their life questions. My tarot practice is firmly rooted in the belief that our bodies hold an inherent well of knowledge and the cards serve as archetypal prompts that gently (but honestly) guide us back to ourselves.

  • Tarot is a tool we can use to investigate our perception of a situation and/or ourselves. Often our inner realities and external influences are out of sync, in a feedback loop, getting cut off, etc. and this leaves us feeling powerless in our own minds and bodies.

    I utilize the imagery of the cards along with my working knowledge of Tarot + Astrology, sincere curiosity of the human condition, and background in contemporary art to support my clients during readings. Together, we’ll ask questions that will begin to reshape our perception.

    You have the answers, I hold the space for you to find them.

    For our tarot sessions, I select a card spread based off of either the clients questions for the reading or current astrological happenings (if there aren't particular questions posed).

    We then investigate the imagery and meaning of the cards. I let the client lead, but infuse my knowledge into our conversation and prompt the client to dive deeper through gentle questions and posing scenarios and/or engaging their imagination.

    I recommend a quiet, private space for our session if you have one available.

  • There is a 50% deposit option if you would like to pay for part of your consultation now, and the rest after we meet.

FLOWER REMEDIES

Flower Remedies (or Flower Essences) are an energetic form of plant medicine made from vibrational infusion of plants in spring water, preserved, and ingested in drop doses. Through supporting our exploration of energetic patterns (emotional, psychological, spiritual, etc.), they enable us to relate to the world in the particular pattern of the flower.

Consultations are a one hour guided conversation about what you are wishing to shift with the goal of crafting a custom flower essence formula just for you.

  • Flower Essences (or Flower Remedies) are an energetic form of plant medicine made from vibrational infusion of plants in spring water, preserved, and ingested in drop doses.

    Through supporting our exploration of energetic patterns (emotional, psychological, spiritual, etc.), they enable us to relate to the world in the particular pattern of the flower. This process creates a new relationship with themes in our lives. When we make a flower essence, we are working with the spirit of the plant, which means we are also working with the spirit of place, the elements, stories, stars, and more. Their effects are gentle and are best utilized over longer periods of time to help shift perspective or provide support to one in a time of change. Unlike a tincture or essential oil, essences do not contain constituents of plants, making them generally safe for all.

  • A flower essence consultation is a guided conversation between you (the querent) and me (the practitioner) with the goal of crafting a custom flower essence formula and routine for working with it. You will be sent an intake form that will serve as a starting point for our time together. I will use your responses to prepare for our conversation by coming up with further questions to hone in on what essences will work best in your formula.

    It is integral to my practice that formulating your essence is a collaboration between you, me, and the plants. The consultation format allows us to get to know each other better in a supportive and creative environment, as well as provide us a space to find the crux of how this formula can promote the changes, movement, or guidance you seek.

    The consultation will begin with a short guided meditation to center us in this space-time. From there, we’ll spend about 20 minutes talking about what you’d like from your formula. I pull from my background and interests in astrology, tarot, somatics, and art to guide the conversation, so I may suggest we pull a card, consult a recent planetary movement, breathe and sense into our bodies, or invite you to imagine certain images, places, or scenarios in addition to discussing plant energetics. As our time together comes to a close, we’ll discuss some options for your formula as well as ceremony or ritual around using it.

    Last but not least, I’ll send you a 1oz dropper in the mail of your custom formula to use as you wish. I’ll always keep a record of your formula in case you ever want more.
